| Heroes | My husband. Hes made me better than I ever knew I could be. He makes me giggle when I just want to cry. He steals my kisses, he steals my heart. He perseveres, he loves me the same whether I am kissing him or throwing things at him. He never gave up on us, never will give up on us. Hes given me a better half, and Devon a wonderful father. Hes never let me go to bed mad. And he loves me even more today then he ever has.
My mom. For making me who I am, reminding me where I come from, and for always reminding me whats really important in life - not always what you DO, but how you make people FEEL. Shes always supported me, even when I was at my most wrong, and there is no way you can put a price on having someone who you know will love you unconditionally.
Dana Leigh. For being my best friend, for loving me, laughing with me, dressing up with me, and crying with me. For always opening up her house, her car, her checkbook, and always without question. She is my sister, and my female soulmate, and there is nothing that I cant do with her by my side.
Heather & Amy. For being the ones who stuck with me through it all, for having a hell of a friendship track record. Neither have let me down, let me cry, or let me not have a place to stay.
And my WABFF's (Lacey, Jenn, Michelle & Adrienne). For being the first ones to lead me through this crazy, scary, sometimes tragic Army Life. Theres a bond that we have that Ill never forget, because when I thought it was all going to fall apart, you guys were the ones who helped pick me back up again.

About me:
I was born to be stubborn
A little bit bitchy
To push others, to push myself.
I was taught never to take life for granted.
To live a little.
To love a lot.
To never give up if its worth it.
To believe in myself, even when I make a mistake.
And to believe that everyone has something good in them.
I believe in learning, and in growing everyday.
That people can change, if you let them.
And that you can change, if you let yourself.
I believe in personal responsibility.
But I dont believe that you ever have to grow up.
I love God.
I love my husband and our son.
I love my friends and family.
I dont believe that you have to conform to what others think that you should be.
I trust in living every day like its your last.
And I think you should laugh out loud every single day.
Im a lover, not a fighter.
But Ill punch a bitch if I have to.
I dont believe in judgements, in concretes, in absolutes, or in black and white.
I do believe that the best things are found in the gray area, in the in between.
Ive made my share of mistakes, and yours too.
But I tried to walk away from each one a better person.
