About Spoon Cafe

Spoon Cafe is no longer trading. We will be closed in a few days but we're not going down without a party! Come this Saturday (the 5th of May) to catch the Lakes CD launch, followed by a free show (starting at roughly 10:30pm) by 731, The Focus and a bunch of djs who will make y'all dance some! Batrider	Jan 27 2007 11:05 PM I think about it every day, and almost every day now I find the time to actually do it and never once ever have I ever regretted swimming. There are plenty of opportunities and well arranged places to swim at almost any time of day in within most of the cities you where might be reading this. Regular swimming has changed my life for the better and it could change yours. A lot of you might be wondering how you can apply this info to your own lives and lets be honest, it would be easier to talk about this in person. Most of you reading this will know me personally but you may live in a different city to me making direct conversation difficult. But don't worry yourself. I'm travelling to almost every city that I know anyone in with my band Batrider in the next month or so, so I'm probably coming to your town very soon. If so, I'd be more than glad to spend some time in personal one on one consultations chewing the fat, talking about old and/or future times and discussing how regular swimming can benefit you and how you can easily integrate it into your daily routine. Contact me to arrange an appropriate meeting time. Here are the dates that Batrider will be playing in particular towns: My father used to extol the virtues of regular swimming to me as a young man on almost a daily basis. I didn't really used to listen to him, thinking his experiences weren't particularly relevant to mine. Now that I swim regularly I think not listening to him was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. Please don't make the same mistakes I have
