Sportbikers.Net & 600RRForum.com's Interests
General
Running http://www.sportbikers.net and http://www.600rrforum.com, meeting new people, nature, camping, drawing, sketching, doing track days, hangout with my kids, hang out with friends, watching scary movies, the usual stuff.
Sportbikers.Net (Sportbikers.Net) has been around since 2002, which was started for a bunch of riding friends to have a place to hangout, organize rides, post pictures, etc. It grew beyond the circle of friends to something bigger than what I had imagined. We still keep a very friendly, helpful, and free atmosphere on the forum. It's something that you tend to lose with an online forum when it gets big, but it's something we want to preserve.
600RR Forum (600rrforum.com) which I started just a few days ago, out of the hope to keep away the corporate consolidation of online sportbike forums. Recently, a media publishing company bought most of the long time online forums that I'm on. Imagine everywhere you go and every sportbike forum that you're on look, feel, and act exactly the same? The admins and owners are not even part of the community, and they have nothing else but only profit in mind. Although, there's nothing wrong with making money, it has never turned out good when one single company monopolize the market. It's tough starting a forum from scratch, and I need all the help I can get!
Join me and others on 600RRForum.com and help stop the corporate invasion of our sport.
