Hey thanks a lot for the add!
I'm liking the music, Meligrove band is wicked. Is this Mike's side project kinda thing?

Great CD review in this issue of Exclaim online, 'Lead track "Warn Me" is the most obvious number here and will no doubt grab first-time listeners. But "Castlots" is brimming with ideas, with three separate sections jockeying to get stuck in your head. Hopefully a full-length won't be far behind'

Positive review of the EP in this issue of Eye Magazine, 'On their debut five-song EP, a tinkling glockenspiel and a lazy, loopy riff open the disc’s guaranteed summer anthem, “Warn Me,” while spacey synths, handclaps and shout-along choruses propel “Cast Lots” along'

Great CD review in this issue of Now Magazine, 'Sports: the Band are a local indie outfit specializing in a hipper version of sunny AM radio pop, featuring members of the Carnations, By Divine Right, Polmo Polpo and the Meligrove Band.
Lead vocalist Nathan Rekker’s voice has a slightly strained and scratchy quality that’s tempered by syrupy harmonies and lovingly layered textures'
