About me: South Central Pennsylvania Paranormal Society is based on the "middle of the road" philosophy. This means we are a neutral organization that neither believes nor disbelieves, we debunk until we can't debunk anymore, we label normal until we can't label normal anymore. We label paranormal until we can't label paranormal anymore. We are a "middle of the road" group. We will not call a place haunted unless there is proof positive beyond a reasonable doubt.
We will not call a place active unless it is. We will not call a place not active when there is activity. We will rule out all the normal, logical, scientific, natural phenomena we can before we will deem something paranormal. We hold to a middle of the road philosophy that remains neutral and un-swayed by any media hype, personal objectives, impersonal objectives, or otherwise.
We encourage skepticism, debate, and healthy exchange in a respectful, mature manner to enhance, educate, and further the field of paranormal investigation, research and study. We also encourage participation in the education of new members through active training in the field of paranormal studies and technical training.
We are based in South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. We are a newly developing group of Paranormal Investigators. Our goals are to eventually train, educated, and become a role model for future paranormal investigators along the north - eastern seaboard.
We believe in the education and training in this growing field of research as a valid field of study and that there are many avenues beyond the use of equipment that go along with the paranormal realm. We are a holistic group and do not charge for our services.
