Bio:

A Spectre is haunting Earth- the spectre of the Silver Sprocket Bicycle Club. It is high time that the SSBC should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this bedtime story of the Spectre with a Manifesto itself.

The Silver Sprocket Bicycle Club Manifesto

I. Views, Aims, and Tendencies-
a. Riding bikes is rad.
b. Rock 'n' Roll is rad.
c. Drinking is fun.
i. There IS a line.
d. Any combination of a-c is rad and greater than the sum of its parts.
e. Being obnoxious while remaining adorable is smiled upon.
f. Thou shalt not be embarrassed to admit to liking something/someone.
i. Avi loves Belle and Sebastian.
g. People of all walks of life are to be loved.
<> i. No jerks.
ii. Jerks are to be dealt with as is seen as fit.
e. Stealing is wrong.
f. The liberating/appropriating of things in the name of Fun or Rock is not wrong.

II. Activities
a. Silver Sprocket is a bicycle club
i. SSBC also puts out records, shirts, and books.
ii. SSBC also does whatever the fuck it wants.


III. Membership/Participation Points
a. Anyone can join the SSBC, following Induction.
b. Anyone can post on the SSBC Blog.
i. Go to www.silversprocket.net/blog and click 'register' on the right hand side.
ii. Scroll down a bit.
iii. It's under the heading 'Meta'.
iv. You found it!
v. Your posts will be saved until approval by the blog moderators.
vi. If deemed appropriate for viewing, it will be posted.

IV. Member Induction
a. You can/must be inducted by any current member of SSBC (Hereby known as your 'Sponsor').
b. Your Sponsor creates the induction ritual.
c. Your induction ritual must be rad, documented with pictures/video, and mostly harmless.
