It is almost Mother's Day. This year you can share your love with the women in your life and help the orphans and widows of Kenya and Uganda at the same time. Get a Mother's Day card from Bless the Children and the proceeds go to help the orphans and widows of Africa.
P Scott, Thanks for the add and for finding us on MySpace.
Please help us spread hope with this new short documentary Hope for Uganda about recovering child soldiers in Northern Uganda. This heartbreaking, true story was shot in December 2006 and is featured in three short sections.
We sincerely want to get the word out and raise awareness for people in Northern Uganda recovering from the horrors of war. Join us by spreading the news. The videos are featured at Seven Lampstand's MySpace Page or at www.youtube.com/sevenlampstands Thanks!.
Hi Scott! howz the going? hope all is good. what's new that side?
We uploaded over 100 new pics from our recent trip to Arua district which 8 hours from Kampala. we had gone to do a democracy & human rights sensitization program with a danish organisation called MS Uganda & IATM (International Anti-corruption Theatre Movement). The actual event took place on 28th sept, 2007.
You can view them on a new slideshow on our page or go to our pics & check the 'ARUA DEMOCRACY PROGRAM' album. We did a performance which was a fusion of breakdance with forum theatre & after we did a free breakdance workshop with the community people.
MySpace told us that you have a birthday coming soon or we never would have known. Isn't MySpace great like that??? So we thought "lets send our friend a special birthday wish! "
