Check out a preview of the upcoming Secrets & Lies anthology I'm debuting at MoCCA 2008 (table C27)...

SQUAREPEGZ is the brainchild of burgeoning producer Dingbat Cat (aka Sancho Swift) and his best friend, exhiled son of a demon lord MC Sam Sinn. Together with their friends Papaya (a gnu with amazing skillz on the decks), Sssmiles (sound engineer and rasta vocalist), Bosco (despite his diminutive size, and exceptional keyboardist and sample programmer) and regular vocal guest MC Big Mouth Bass are practicing diligently for an upcoming "battle of the bands" style hip hop competition called THE BIG BEATDOWN (formerly THE BIG BEATOFF... name changed for obvious reasons). Sancho is battling with crippling self doubt and a nasty case of stage jitters in hopes that the band will win the grand prize - a recording contract with a major label.
