If I like it, I will more than likely work it into my sets. If it's obvious you haven't looked at my musical interest and you still try to add me without first contacting me, you wont be added back. Professional Bio : In 1999 DJ Seraphim began DJing. His first gig was as one of the two resident DJs at Absynthe; a Gothic/Industrial club in Hollywood, Ca. which ran for three years. Unfortunately, he came in near the tail end of the clubs run and it closed its doors shortly after the new year of 2000. During the following year he mainly did guest spots at various clubs in and around the Greater Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside areas, such as, Empire, Code and Nowhere. He also held a short spot at Defkon in Westminister, where he was one of three resident DJs. Feeling confined by a solely industrial club, Seraphim packed his CD cases and took a residency spot late in 2000 and into 2001 at the purely Electronic and Eclectic club 01001, where along with DJ Noah Korda (the promoter) they set forth to run a club that blended all styles of electronic music from Trance to Power noise and everything and anything in-between.

During 2000/2001 while bouncing around from club to club, from night to night, he was one of the three founders and producers of SynthCon, a three-day, three-night music event and conference that showcased 15 bands and DJs from across the country and world. Reuniting Elegant Machinery (Sweden) to perform and share a stage with The Nine (UK), B!Machine (US) and many others along with DJs from across the country. During the day, attendees were treated to round table discussions and vendors; all in all, it was a successful event.

After SynthCon, he picked up where he left off and began accepting requests for guest spots around the greater Los Angeles area again. Doing clubs such as Empire, a newly moved Defkon, Re:mix, Wumpskate (LA's only Gothic/Industrial Roller-skating event), including an opportunity spin at the Informatik, God Module, S.V.D. and System Syn show in Hollywood, Ca. He’s also been a returning guest DJ for three years at Nightmare Before Bats Day.

In 2005, after a successful guest spot spinning to a packed floor at Orange Counties premier Industrial club, Maschine, DJ Seraphim was asked to join on full time. In the early part of 2006, he went on a three city tour with the band CYLAB where he spun at the Vogue in Seattle, Washington.

In late 2006, DJ Seraphim found himself once again in Seattle, this time to stay. Within his first few months in his new home he has already been DJ at such shows as Terrorfakt, Cervello Electronico and Psyclon Nine. As well as being sought out to spin at such nights as Blue Monday and Fetish Fridays.

Personal Bio : Use to be promoter. Current love interest. Sometimes DJ. Full time music junkie. In less words, I am a male New Model Army fan who is living life blissfully with his female New Model Army loving counterpart; my partner in a quiet crime.

What can I say besides that I hate these "who are you" essays. Hopefully we are and can be more than the sum of the words we string together to hopefully describe who we are at any given moment.

In the immortal words of Katharine Hepburn, "I want somebody to be glad they found me, the way I'll be glad I found them. I want them to be able to tell me who they are and who I am, too. Because heaven knows I have no idea who I am!" Or better yet, to quote a great man, "I don't do happy; I do angry and I do sad but I don't do happy, I'm sorry". Somewhere between those two quotes, you'll find me.

Anyway, I discover more and more things I like doing every day. Even the small, every day things are made all the more enjoyable with the inclusion of my love to help make them so. I'm more of a one-on-one person, which means I'm far more comfortable with intimate gatherings than a loud club. Honest and heartfelt emotions, words and music keep me going and sane. I have always strived for understanding and searched for someone who'd feel towards me what I do towards them, which is exactly what I have found in my partner.
