Squipplepippy are a four piece instrumental post-whatever band that started in 1998 as late night experimentation between neighbours. Since that evening they have added and subtracted the talents of several people.
Currently avoiding vocals and lyrics Squipplepippy instead invite the listener to contribute and choose the way they react to the music; to write their own melodies and paint their own pictures.
The band are currently on holidays, not having played since 2004, but they will return to cash in one of these days...
Like a phoenix rising again from the desolation and destruction that is the brisbane indie scene. Hail...hail to the great ones...:) The pippy is...alive...muhahahmuhahaha.
