Sarai, 15, is the lead vocalist. She has been singing her whole life and some may be surprised to find out, that she is not Squish's original singer. Sarai joined shortly after Squish was formed in 2006. She was discovered at her sister's choir concert.
Matt, 15, lead guitar. His ability to knock out some of the toughest, mind blowing songs and riffs gives him a diverse sound as he integrates the two different music styles of blues and rock. He is also the newest member of the band, when he joined in the summer of 2007.
Josh, 13, bassist. Josh originally played guitar but switched to bass to play in the band. He can navigate the bass like a pro. His steady rhythm and fast fingers on the frets are the glue that holds the group together. This kid rocks and has a fun and entertaining stage presence.
Anson Jr. 12, drums. He is the youngest member of the band, but has been stunning crowds on stage for years as the guest drummer for his dad's band. He grew up on the stage and his drum beats, rival those of the greatest drummers.
Hailing from the birthplace of grunge, the Pacific Northwest, Squish burst onto the kidcore scene in August 2006. In just a short year and a half, Squish went from playing in gas station parking lots to playing at some of the largest venues in the NW, including Kidfest at The Oregon Convention Center, Girlfest at The Oregon Expo Center, Nike World Headquarters, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in San Franciso CA, and The Oregon State Fair! They have also been featured on many television stations in the Portland Metro area, like Fox 12 News, Good Day Oregon, AM Northwest and PDX 49 E-Zones.
They are quickly becoming the nation’s newest and hottest, young, rock 'n' roll kid band, with melody melting guitar solos, a heart pounding rhythm section, and strong, powerful vocals.
These young, kids ages 12-15 years old were chosen for their extreme talent, and are proving that music has no age boundaries. They come from different backgrounds, BUT they come together for one single purpose:

yes, longview fireworks are always the best cause the city hires the best & I am proud & honored to have been apart of that this year & hope to be next year.. I was also the only local to be a pyro ever in history for that show but I will get my self published & my blog next year on the 4th...hope to hear you all next year as well..take care & best of wish's..

She has a feature every day @ 10 am called the Gimme 5, where she gives a topic and listeners call in and suggest songs that go along with that theme. So today she mentioned that she went and saw a young band called Squish at the mall over the weekend and she was so impressed with how talented Squish is at such a young age, so her theme for the Gimme 5 was "young" - songs or band names with the word young in it. Cool!
