So I haven't been doing much with my music myspace lately, obviously. lol
I've been super busy. I'm working with REM Studios Chicago right now. They'll be taking me and a group of about 25 people (mostly teens and early 20's) to New York this July to attend IMTA Convention (International Model and Talent associates) Basically I get to perform in front of a hundreds of agents doing singing, acting and modeling. I'm super excited about this opportunity!!!** But in the mist of all this I've been writing. So I'm posting some videos of three songs I have in the works now titled...

Sarah Rose has always immersed herself in music. Singing since her first words and writing songs for the past nine years, she has developed creative lyrics, along with a wide range of different interests and styles. She first worked with Chicago’s Gallery 37 Center for the Arts in 2000 and 2001 performing in two radio plays that aired on 91.5 WBEZ.
As Sarah began attending high school her passion evolved. Performing in countless shows and recitals. Including a choir performance in Minneapolis's Mall of America and Musicals such as "Anything Goes", "Joseph and the Amazing Technic-Colored Dreamcoat", and even performed in the first Illinois high school production of the 80's classic "CATS".
She has continued after graduation, with vocal lessons and Music Business classes with the famous Berklee College of Music. Also recently stepped into the recording studio for the first time, to record a three song Demo CD. All songs written and performed by Sarah Rose herself. Songs with such rugged titles as “Broken Hearts, and False I Love You’s” with lyrics to match. Ranging from powerful, heartbroken “Closure” to vulnerable “Careful Confessions”.
Sarah has a fun yet sophisticated style. Influenced by such artists as Kelly Clarkson, Fall Out Boy, and Ella Fitzgerald. As Apocalypse Cow wrote in they’re October newsletter “Sarah's singing is a mix of R&B ballad and current heavy rock. The three songs range from a Fall Out Boy to a John Mayer/Sara Bareilles feel so she definitely has a wide range.”
With much more to come in her future, she will continue exploring music as a whole, and challenging herself vocally and artistically. Keep your eyes and ears open for Sarah Rose as I’m sure she will be having a long and bright music career.

yah i ment to write u about that... soo u know when we were texting well on my razr this part like fell off by the screen and then i dropped it and the hole freakin screen fell off, so now im using anns phone cuz i cant afford a new one haha so sorry when i didnt reply back,the screen was blank haha well neways i have finals this week but netime thurday or after i am completely free cuz i know ur busy with ur singing/ acting/ modeling stuff on the weeekends so il be free during the weekdays now 2 so just let me know! oh yah dont forget the panic at the disco concert is this month!! friday may 23rd!! wohooo

I often come and listen to "broken hearts and false I love yous" That song always gets stuck in my head .You have songwriting talent! My second album will be released May 20th. SUPER excited. I worked really hard on it, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it! That never happens...
Hey Sarah!!how's da music coming along?I am so tired because I am on the track team.This week is going to be a drag because we have extended periods each day for three periods that are 65 minutes each because the juniors are getting ACT preparation.I am so happy to be a senior!lol.
