About SSDP at CSU
Students for Sensible Drug Policy advocates for the reform of drug policy in accordance with common sense, medical science, and human rights. Drug policy legislation should be commensurate with the actual harm caused by a drug in our society. SSDP seeks to educate the community on all aspects of drugs—legal, political, economic, social, ethical, and medical, so that they may critically evaluate official misinformation and ultimately effect substantial changes in drug policy.
Membership is free to anyone. Members should be open-minded, non-judgmental, and in agreement with the purpose of SSDP-CSU and its national affiliate. Colorado State University’s recognized student organizations shall not deny membership to any student on the basis of race, age, color, religion, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability.
ANYONE in the local community is invited to join SSDP-CSU, but only CSU students will be granted the right to vote and/or hold office in the club. Join our group on FaceBook (search for SSDP at CSU).
