The Barbara Goleman High School "Sight and Sound of Gold" Band Program consists of many talented musical and visual ensembles. The Sight and Sound of Gold Band Program includes the Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, Marching Band, Color Guard and Winter Guard. Each of these groups perform throughout the year in various venues, concerts, festivals, evaluations, and competitions. Many students participate in multiple ensembles within the band program. The Goleman band is under the direction of Ms. Susana Lalama.
The Barbara Goleman Marching Band is a 4 time FMBC State Finalist.
The Barbara Goleman Band Program Currently includes a total of 150 members including all bands, percussion, and Guard.

hey guys yesterday's performance was great. you really showed dr. dressman what you're capable of and for that you will be challeged throughout the year. i'm so proud that we've all showed him who goleman is and that we have embraced him and made him apart of us. continue with the hard work. you won't regret it

GOLEMAN!!!!! congratulations on completing your very first day of mini camp. let's keep up the good work. as you guys are home tonight eating dinner and winding down from today.....make sure you guys go over what we learned today in marching basics. let's come into rehearsal tomorrow knowing and understanding what we need to do. go over you music and have a great evening. see you guys bright and early tomorrow morning.
