Please launch a full investigation into the banking industy's fraudulent and misrepresentative business practice of giving so called "loans" to 60 million homeowners. The banks did not give loans. They SOLD the borrowers "I.O.U." Without disclosure to the borrower. They made money off the borrowers I.O.U. And never informed the borrower that they were selling the borrowers CREDIT! This is NOT a loan! This is a security transaction. The borrower being an integral part of this scheme should have been TOLD and verified that they could now handle the volitility of the market their home investment was now tied to. Further, through this process of selling the borrowers I.O.U the banks separated the Note from the deed and then hid the splitting of the bundled Notes that were pooled and given false AAA ratings on, behind a corporate veil called MERS. Then when the borrower falls behind the banks then name some employee an "officer of MERS" and assigns the now sliced and diced Note back to themselves and then they steal the home with NO real person of interest stealing it from the homeowner AND they were not damaged by the borrower being late. This is very basic fundamental law, being a Real person of interest to the original transaction and showing damages! I have Judicial case law, Administrative Commercial law, Legislative Statutes, Law Review, Common law, Constitutional law, Federal law, Admiralty law to prove what I am saying is true! However many of the 60 million de frauded homeowners (and investors) may not have the wherewithall to sue the banks like one must do in a non judicial state like Nevada in order to bring any foreclosure defenses! At the very least please help to make this a judical state where the banks have to file a suit to initiate a forecloser! The banks fraud has destroyed our economy as Real Estate is the foundation of economy! Please help Launch a Full Investigation and put a STAY on all MERS foreclosures purchased between or refied between 2004 and 2009. Save the American Dream! Sincerely,
