    Ella Montclare's beautifully original music is a kinda cross-over between her beloved trip-hop and something altogether more transcendental; the kinda thing you'd get if Morcheeba, Portishead and Dido pooled resources and really went for it!! This is exactly the kinda thing that radio 'jocks' are looking for, especially late at night when the mood is perhaps a little more chilled. 'Between Islands' by Ella Montclare is a kinda leftfield poppy number that could just work its magic and get up there into the charts….

    thanx for the waterfal of words, big present! I wish I could understand english better to really taste every single choice you made in the infinit possibilities you had...but thanx again;it gives me back a lot of my, our efforts of creation in the last years, around zoo and other projects as well. Many times as an artist I feel the frustration of the not understanding of the audience, programers, people. What you write gives me immediately the wish of going more, going through even deeper and keep creating new worlds without fears and censorship, the job an artist should persive in.
