About Stained Glass Torture(Writing//Cheap DM3fest Tix)
"The World has fallen, man has failed, our purpose is to deliver a message. A message that has no words, for in this world words have no meaning. Evolve, Conquer, Destroy, the message is meaning.
The only way we can deliver the message is through an unspoken understanding, a physical telepathic message received through a series of clicks in your mind. You will feel it surge through your body, it will strike your heart, grasp your soul, and change the way you see things. And we can only decode and transmit through the way we live, make sense of the nonsense, learn the lessons nobody teaches, and torture ourselves to obtain this knowledge and unmask the horrid hideous truths that lay dormant and unknown.
Stained Glass Torture is a metal band Fucked&Forged out of the wastelands of Monroe, MI in 2003. In a time of confusion, corrupt governments, and where self-prosperity governs all, SGT is about being true to yourself and others, and letting no one control you. Their musick is inspired from their hatred of the world, the beauty of darkness, and all genres of musick, and thoughts. The very first show they played, they were banned from the venue due to "religious debates," and ever since then SGT has been trudging through shit and fighting to spread their message of hatred and organized chaos, and tearing down all that stands in the way. Through the first couple years, there has been several line up changes. Two members remain of the original core. With the addition of drummer, Mike Gately, the band is finally able to pursue this path in life and continue to pursue the art of destruction through musick. The band is Always searching for new members i.e., Keyboard, Lead Guitar, etc. Enjoy nothing more than jamming and playing shows, and are always up for it. All else put to the side. However, an SGT show isn't like any other show. It's one of those things you have to experience to be able to describe. They have been playing a number of shows and recording studio sessions since they formed, now planning a new tour and have been able to open for bands that mean something such as Cannibal Corpse, Nile, 3 Inches Of Blood, Amon Amarth, Superjoint Ritual, DevilDriver, Opeth, Deicide, Moonspell, Vital Remains, Goatwhore, Daath, Dark Funeral. Napalm Death, Kataklysm, Macabre, MushroomHead, Level C, Crossbreed and many fuckin' more to come.
We live for this, this is our life, our true "love," we live through our musick, and it will be our unnoticed glorious death. But it's not how we are raped, deceived, forgotten, stabbed, gutted, and broken that matters, but what we learn from our experiences, our pain, joy, and fears we've conquered. Whether you stand your ground, or run and hide, It will, WE will find you, and face you.
So take the time to listen, learn, live and die again and again. It's all you have. I will be heard, and my life will speak for me, my death consolidate my meaning and materialize the seriousness of it. In this hopeless world, I hope we can save you from yourself, and I hope its not to late."

Austrian blackened death metal outfit BELPHEGOR have completed their work on the eighth full-length studio album, Walpurgis Rites - Hexenwahn, due later this year via Nuclear Blast Records.
Walpurgis Rites - Hexenwahn was recorded at Andy Classen's (LEGION OF THE DAMNED, DEW-SCENTED, NEAERA, ASPHYX) Stage One Studios in Kassel, Germany.
Commented frontman Helmuth: "With these nine compositions/arrangements, we continue to piss on the damn mainstream. It's BELPHEGOR
to the highest; the hymns are extremely varied, more intense and epic
than ever, [and] there are new elements and structures added. Also, we
used some haunting samples here and there, to give the album a cold and
ritualistic feel."
He continued... "On Walpurgis Rites - Hexenwahn,
you will hear my most fucked up vocals to date; also the lyrical
content is offensive and insane. The witch/devil concept is amazing to
work with and we used alot of original chants/ incantations from
archaic scripts."
BELPHEGOR has tapped
Brazilian artist Marcelo Hvc to handle the graphics for the new album.
Marcelo has already begun working on the cover art and "some magickal
images," according to a press reelase.
Added Serpenth: "The idea is to capture the okkultic orgiastic processions from the Broken Mountain, the Walpurgis night in the images."
