Stanley Super 800's new album "LOUDER & CLEARER" is in the shops since Oct 12th 07
We think you should go and buy it because its great..
Here's some nice things other people have been saying about it:
"LOUDER & CLEARER is a massively enjoyable album"
4/5 IRISH INDEPENDENT
"Sterling pop chops.......where demented low fi, rag time weirdness and
experimentalism flourish. Stanley Super 800 channel the universal underdog."
8/10 HOT PRESS
“I think Stanley Super 800 are the best band out of Ireland in years. They have great songs and a totally original sound.” – Andy Bell (Oasis + Ride)
“The first album to stake its claim for next year's Choice Music Award comes from on-fire Leesiders Stanley Super 800, who have delivered one of the Irish albums of 2007, no matter what ensues between now and December 31.”
Mark Kavanagh, Music editor, Irish Daily Star
“Plugging everything from Trance to Super Furries quirkiness to Ramones-y intensity into its' personal power grid, 'Louder and Clearer' revels in its' diversity and is frequently totally sublime." – Tim Peacock (Whisperin' & Hollerin)
“Louder and Clearer is another melting pot of ideas, creativity, soul and downright dance appeal from the unique talent that is Stanley Super 800. Up there with the most innovative and imaginative releases from an Irish act in years.” - Michael Carr, The Green Room, 96FM
“I can safely say that “Louder & Clearer” is one of the best albums I’ve heard written by a Cork band in some time.” -Colm O’ Sullivan, Green on Red, RedFM + Evening Echo
“Having heard “Louder & Clearer” I can say SS800 have raised the bar. With a steady helping production hand coming from Mark O’ Sullivan (DK7 + The Mighty Quark), its only fair to say the production kicks ass, the songs kick ass, the performance kicks ass – in fact, no ass has been left unkicked” – Graham Lynch, Cork Independent
“”Louder & Clearer” is one of the most exciting albums I have heard this year. Great songs that need to be heard” - Stevie G Red FM
“Love the album. I've been playing it non-stop for the last week. Strong songs and a unique sound throughout.” -Shane Johnson (FISH GO DEEP)

Hey SS800 Hope you are all good. Loving Louder and Clearer, great stuff.
There is a new song on our myspace page called "Dogs." A chilling tale of canine revenge, it is unusual for a My Pilot song in that it is quite up-tempo, and even has a discernible tune.
well i woke up in my bed with a bottle of pepsi so the auld homing device is still working, a night of boozeology 101 should not be preceded by no food all day, no sleep previous night, or then again mabye it should. talk at ye soon im sure.
