About me:
St. Anne’s was founded in 1908 as a maternity hospital for pregnant, unwed young mothers. From these humble beginnings 100 years ago, St. Anne’s has evolved into one of Southern California’s most highly regarded social service agencies confronting the issues of at-risk teenagers, child abuse, teen pregnancy and parenting.
At our campus in central Los Angeles, we currently operate a licensed Residential Treatment Program for pregnant and parenting teenage girls (ages 12 through 18), and their children (ages newborn through 4); a Transitional Housing Facility for 39 young mothers (ages 18 through 24) who have emancipated from foster care and their children; an Early Learning Center for up to 125 children (ages six weeks to five years) for the young mothers in our program and those of low-income families in the community; a Mental Health Services program that provides mental health support a therapeutic services to residents and children participating in St. Anne’s on-site programs, as well as to those living in the community; and a Family-Based Services Program that provides in-home care and supports to at-risk young women and families who are exiting our residential programs, or who live “outside the walls” of St. Anne’s and share similar profiles as those of our residential population.

Who I'd like to meet:
St. Anne's is currently looking for alumni to attend our 100 Year Reunion on July 26, 2008. If you were a resident, client, were born at St. Anne's, or a Board Member or Staff Member - we'd like to hear from you!
