About Derek White

These are recordings made almost twenty years ago on a four-track (on cassette, for those that remember) between the back of a camper, an empty chicken coop and various garages (so please forgive the shoddy production). I haven't done much with music since. I still write words, but without music. This is my latest book:

VENUS BOGARDUS	Jul 21 2007 1:51 AM oh ah we made The Age of Sinatra, as a song, twice. The first one is on our home-studio archive CD (iii) from recordings we made at new years 2005/2006... But we re-recorded it with our current lineup for the Motorman album, and it's better yet. Ohle's heard it all now and approves, which is good, since he's reading aloud for three tracks. As to Pisstown: Ohle was quick to suggest that as a good song title, as if it hadn't occurred to me! haha. Anyway, new book now coming out September so we'll have the motorman album out too, then... x Hannah et al.
