Starfish Radio is the result of an extemporaneous meeting between three musicians with different backgrounds, from minimal electronica to contemporay jazz and blues, influenced by the different environments they live in, Turin-Sicily-London. Given a theme, a melody, a noise, the compositional process starts itself, supported by the natural wave of the improvisation, the interplay, the “interthinking”... Sound landscapes, echoes of industrial flavors, romantic aesthetics, chill out relaxing moments, foggy an humid images, tripping ostinatos, mediterranen times..... a european project.
