In the year 1985 Gerald "StarRider" first saw the Lights of World in Steyr, Upper Austria, born 3 days too late. When StarRider was a child, he soon was impressed of astronomy books his also very musically mother gave to him. The time passed and after 7 years Gerald began to worrie about his MC Player when he pressed the Record Button in MC Mode; yes there was a microphone built in which gave him the chance to create his first rythms with a Spoon :-). 1997, in the tender age of 11, he got his first Casio Midi Keyboard, a Personal Computer and a simple Tracker Program, made creating his first own electronic tracks possible. 2005 StarRider composed his first Hit Track "Pass the Time", played many times on Radios and rushing the grew again charts on Radio Sunshine Live and some others. His Mind always tries to combinate old and new sounds to a neverheard experience, this is the engine for his music. The music he produces is like himself, dreaming away, ambitiously, always minding beyond the Future and the Stars. There are no walls between his Style and his Mind, StarRider is simply a Feeling.
3 Tage zu spät auf die Welt gekommen sah Gerald "StarRider" im Jahr 1985 dass erste mal das Licht der Welt in Steyr, Oberösterreich. Als er ein Kind war, war er begeistert von Astronomie Bücher die ihm seine ebenfalls sehr musikalische Mutter schenkte. Die Zeit verging und 7 Jahre später machte sich Gerald plötzlich um seinen Kassettenrekorder Sorgen als er den Record Knopf im Play Mode drückte; ja sein MC hatte ein eingebautes Mikrofon welches ihm ermöglichte seine ersten Tracks mit einem Löffel aufzunehmen :-)
1997, im zarten Alter von 11, bekam er sein ersten Casio Midi Keyboard, einen PC und ein einfaches Tracker Programm, welches ihm ermöglichte seine ersten elektronischen Tracks zu produzieren. 2005 komponierte StarRider seinen ersten Hit Track "Pass the Time", welcher viele male auf Radios lief und die Nachwuchscharts auf Sunshine Live und einigen anderen stürmte. Wenn Gerald einen neuen Track produziert, kombiniert er bewährtes sowie neues und versucht jedes mal etwas zu erschaffen, was noch nie da war. Seine Produktionen sind wie er, verträumt, ehrgeizig, und immer auf der Reise zu den Sternen.
