I have tons of face painting books and gadgets and gizmos. Glitter is all over the place and sometimes I think Tinker Bell lives at my house. We love to make children smile.Music
Facepainting isn't just for children, but we find ourselves listening to tons of children's music anyway.Movies

I have a lot of face painting books and magazines. I love the new Illusions Magazine and recommend it. I have books written or put out by Mama Clown, Wolf Brothers, Enjoy Your Face, and many more.
I love Fairy Tales and trying to incorporate them into fun storytelling sessions with my children and for my business. The Lang fairy tale books are really good resources.Heroes
I love the work of Lynne Jamieson, Mark Reid, Lisa Smiley, Christina Davidson, Katie Pannulla, Shannon Fennell, Marcela, and Cynthia....and sooooo many more. These are just off the top of my head. I am a member of a couple of forums and really everyone who contributes to the lists could be under the heroes heading because I have learned so much from what they have shared.

Hello!! Welcome to Starshine Faces! We provide fabulous face painting for any event including large festivals and small birthday parties. See our site at www.starshinefaces for more information about us. We were told by our latest festival that we were the best investment they made. Let us help you add fun and color to your event.We actually do more than facepainting. We have balloon twisting, story telling, henna tattoos, and glitter body t. We will soon offer party packages with storytelling, face painting, and a game and food list for the the party host to work with for a complete party. These are great for class parties as well.
Starshine Faces services the state of Alabama, but we primarily work around the Birmingham, Trussville, Gadsden, areas. Some areas require a travel fee. We are based in Steele, Alabama.

Easter Joy
Jesus came to earth,
To show us how to live,
How to put others first,
How to love and how to give.
Then He set about His work,
That God sent Him to do;
He took our punishment on Himself;
He made us clean and new.
He could have saved Himself,
Calling angels from above,
But He chose to pay our price for sin;
He paid it out of love.
Our Lord died on Good Friday,
But the cross did not destroy
His resurrection on Easter morn
That fills our hearts with joy.
Now we know our earthly death,
Like His, is just a rest.
We'll be forever with Him
In heaven, where life is best.
So we live our lives for Jesus,
Think of Him in all we do.
