i love listening to music and editing music videos. i enjoy photography, making documentaries, and other media related stuff. i listen to many types of music but mostly down-tempo, triphop, and ambient music. i am what you would consider an adrenaline junkie and enjoy life in the fast lane. i like people with a different type of thinking and does not follow the rat race. heard a quote once, it said "I believe the sun is simply reflecting the shine from the moon, stealing its spotlight". if you think crazy thoughts like this, you are way cool in my book! the way i figure it you only have one life so go out and make new friends, try new foods, dance, jump in puddles during a rainstorm, try everything! Im attending western illinois university and getting a degree in emergency management with a minor in environmental science. wow, that should be a change. i can see myself volunteering in India or Africa in the time between school working with street children. hopefully i get there, only time will tell (so many places, not enough days). wish me luck!

whats up everyone and welcome to my profile! my name is danny and i am currently 27 years old just finished serving as a combat cameraman for the u.s. army. i was recently stationed in germany for three years and have travelled much around europe. my favorite country that i have ever had the privilege of travelling to is romania. this is a place where one is not judged by materialistic means. you do not have to have a car, cell phone, or TIVO. in most cases one is determined by their character and morals alone... a utopian society in many but not all ways. im currently going to western illinois university for a degree in emergency management. its my goal to one day be involved in a non govermental organization like habitat for humanity or the world food program. i enjoy working with people and learning their life story, i also enjoy my friends and the learning about the various cultures they come from. the coolest thing i ever have done is gone skydiving, while many just freak out i had more of a zen moment while falling towards the earth. it permanently changes one when you see the world in that type of perspective, the view, feeling, euphoria is different than anything else. i find myself cursed now that i have done it for i will forever look in the various skies longing to return to that feeling.
Who I'd like to meet: Christopher Walken, Jennifer Connelly, and anyone who has a cool outlook on life. My hero is Joe Kittenger, one of the bravest people this world has probably ever seen. watch the video to see why!
