Stasis, a four-piece rock outfit fronted by red-headed firecracker Julia Glenn, brings the basic elements of pop-rock, emotional melodies, and soaring choruses back to the scene. Stasis is the kind of band with songs which appeal to mass audiences. They believe that rock music is built on hook-driven song writing.

The group believes that rock music is built on hook-driven song writing backed by passionate instrumentals.
The core of Stasis consists of vocalist Julia Glenn, guitarist Aaron Hallett, drummer Sean Montross, and bassist "Sexy" Josh Guerrero. Stasis been compared to such acts as Kelly Clarkson, and Evanescence, with a little Metallica and Breaking Benjamin in the mix. By combining these influences Stasis has an undeniably unique sound all their own. The group has been honing their craft since 2005.
Stasis has had plenty of playing experience during their career. This includes first place and performances at 95.1 WZZO's Backyard Bands Showcase two years in a row. Other well known venues include New York City’s The Knitting Factory and SoHo Art Gallery, Philadelphia’s Grape Street Pub and The Khyber, Allentown Pa’s Crocodile Rock Café (House Of Blues), and the 2007 and 2008 Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg Pa. Stasis has also attended and won a battle of the bands performance at the Crown Plaza Rocks during the New Music Seminars music conference held at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. Stasis has also performed on the Kevin Says stage in Warped Tour 08. They have opened for well known national acts such as Breaking Benjamin, Long Beach Short Bus (formerly Sublime), Bret Michaels of Poison, Saving Jane, and Karate High School, Eve6, The Drama Club, Aztek Trip, Andrew WK, Automatic Loveletter, and tons more! They have also recently received the privilege of being asked to open for Puddle of Mudd and Trapt at this years Musikfest!
With songs that catch in the heads, and more importantly in the hearts of their ever-growing fan base, Stasis is poised to make a big splash in the East Coast Rock Scene.
