Greetings from Germany! This is Helge from the german PLASTIC BOMB Fanzine writing to you. I just wanted to let you know that we received your latest 7" "Wuste Dtld." and I really do enjoy this fine new slab of vinyl a LOT! Just like the last 7" "Verboten" it’s a real killer. And it’s not just because of the usage of the german language which makes me enjoy your 7"ep a lot, it’s also the great music which really makes me excited! It’s been a while since I did the interview with you guys for PLASTIC BOMB (3 years ago??), but I’ve always been a fan of the STATE. I still own your "No illusions EP" 7", which I do have as a 7" with all autographs on it, he-he!
Ihr seid so schweinegeil, unglaublich! Besser geht es gar nicht! I do have relatives living in Chicago since the early 19th century, so I experienced several gatherings of american-german folks...german doesn’t play any big role anymore in the USA. Therefore I’m really excited to listen to an american band singing in german.
Thanks a lot for your great music. Your new 7" will get a rave review in PLASTIC BOMB zine, that’s for sure!
