Static were the hottest unsigned band in Glasgow for a few months in the summer of 1991. Blazing a trail with their FX Laden dreamscapes that left fanzine writers and a handful of follower’s weak at the knees, they soon disappeared into the mists of dry ice at the tail end of 1992.
Currently trying to put a website together, so if anybody out there has any flyers, photos, posters, interviews, tapes or anything about Static please get in touch. Does anybody have the video tape recorded in the cotton club with Fenn, Candle and ourselves?
