Our stylists consistently complete extensive training in all areas of the cosmetology field. We are on top of the latest trends and styles in the industry. | Payment Types:: Everyone at Statik accepts checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Please note that there is a $35 fee for any returned checks. Statik Gift Cards are available and can be used for all services and products. Please treat gift cards as you would treat cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. | |
| Gratuities:: Gratuities are customarily given for good service. While they are never expected, they are always appreciated. | |
| Scheduling::Our Scheduling is designed to allow the correct time needed to complete your salon services. Please help us by being on time. We may be unable to provide your service if arrival is 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client, and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. | |
| Location:: We are located in Sterling, 1 block up from Octopus Carwash. | |
| Parking:: Feel free to use our parking lot or the off street parking. | |
| Children:: We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors - and don't want anyone to be injured while visiting Statik Hair Studio & Day Spa, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be well behaved. Again, thank you for your cooperation! | |
| Weddings and Special Occasions:: These are important days and we want you to look your best. Try looking thru magazines, hair books, even the internet for a picture of what you like. Come in with your hair dry and dirty (not freshly shampooed). This will help the style hold better. Also we suggest that our brides have a practice appointment made to make sure everything turns out great. | |
| Pre-booking Appointments:: If you are finding it difficult to get in with your stylist or other Statik team member, consider booking your appointment in advance.We suggest scheduling your next appointment before you leave the salon. | |
| Pictures:: We love it when you bring in pictures of what you like and also what you don't like. This gives us such a better understanding of what you are looking for in a style. | |
| Wheelchair Access:: We have handicap parking and a hydraulic wheelchair lift for easy access. The inside of our salon is very open also. | |
