About me:
What is PHACE?
PHACE stands for Preventing HIV/AIDS through Community Education. We are one of many programs offered by Intercultural Family Services, Inc.
Our office is located in South Philly at 2317 S. 23rd Street 19145
(Right at the corner of 23rd and Passyunk Ave.--Across from 7-Eleven).
Here's what we do:
