This is me.... I am from California but currently reside here in Lincolnton, NC. I spent 4 years in the Army as a Calvary Scout. I have moved here to earn an education in nursing. I graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Gaston College. I am working now. I plan on continuing on and getting my RN, then my BSN, then possibly my CRNA.

LOL yeah....the running does fuck up the muscle building. But Im good man, Im sitting at 185 18%BF. My Bench would be more but I've got to baby it a bit...fucking rotator cuff is killing me. Nice thing is Im 29 and blowing all my 18-21yr old privates away lmao. Im still doing crossfit so I stay agile and can move...now Im just packing on the power.
