SteadyRacing.Net is a drag racing enthusiast's website based out of Ft. Worth, TX and home to a few friends who enjoy building and racing their cars. Now, while the majority of us here at Steady Racing are Ford Mustang fans, we still like to reach out and welcome all of those that enjoy racing as much as we do regardless of what you drive.
As with most people involved in any kind of motor sports we almost always have a budget to work with. However, our budgets are usually pretty tight. While we would all like to be able to devote more of our time and money to our hobby we have to tend to our other responsibilities. Most of us are married and have families which will typically eat up a lot of our "Racing Budget". Nevertheless, our lack of disposable income does not deter us from setting big goals and finding ways to achieve them. That's why we like to say we are the home of big dreams and little budgets.
As with most low budget operations there is usually a lot of do it your self type of work, and we are no different. We rely on each another for information and elbow grease when needed to work on our cars. Therefore, as a result of our efforts we usually find a great deal of pride and self satisfaction when we are able to reach our goals. This is not to say we don't have other people work on our cars because we do. They are usually called upon for jobs beyond our knowledge or ability to complete on our own.
All in all we are just a bunch of friends that finds ways to get it done. We hope that you enjoy the site and that you continue to check back with us.
