History, linguistics, ethics, a good debate, labor relations and women's issues, aesthetics, literature, writing, humor, especially twisted humor, playing Kingdom of Loathing, Civilization 4, The Sims 2, architecture, statistics, socio-economic theory, animals, roleplay, good wine, roadtrips, and plenty more.
Some of my favorite shows I have seen include Criss Angel, Riverdance, and of course, Puppetry of the Penis...my all time favorite. I'd love to go see Cirque du Soleil.
Music
I have a rather eclectic taste in music. Classic rock, some crossover country, cajun music, some alternative, heavy metal. Led Zeppelin, Godsmack, Crazytown, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Crazytown, Dope, Butthole Surfers, Love & Rockets, Eagles, Kid Rock, Cracker, Betty Blowtorch, Hank Williams Jr., Van Halen, Billy Joel, Alannah Myles, Taylor Dane, Joan Jett, Lita Ford, Bruce Springsteen, a lot of 80's hair bands, Barenaked Ladies, Ozzy, Kid Rock, Melissa Etheridge, Pink Floyd, and lots more. Anything but rap, elevator music, jazz, especially "smooth jazz", or yowly twangy ancient country music. Remember "Mars Attacks"?

Anything with Jodie Foster or Johnny Depp.
Television
Not much. I like documentaries, mostly. Some of the real medical shows, but not the "re-creations." Animal Planet, nature shows, history and technology, and so on. But I do watch Survivor, CSI, and Dateline: To Catch a Predator, of course!
Books
Too many to list. I have well over 8,000 books, almost all non-fiction. Some of the latest read: Why Things Bite Back, Are Men Really Necessary?, The Armchair Economist, What If?, Not Out of Africa, Depraved and Insulting English...as far as fiction goes, I like Amy Tan, and some of Stephen King's older work. Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale is one of the most disturbing in an understated way, and the movie was fairly true to the book, which I liked. Movies that stray from the book's story, especially if they add elements that weren't there, and change the ending (especially for the worse), really annoy me. I also enjoy reading classic literature, such as Steinbeck, Chaucer, Shakespeare, Pepys, Maugham, and many others.

Yes, that's a 1991 Straman Stealth convertible in my backyard, an amazing piece of engineering! According to Road & Track magazine, it's 1 of 12 made, in 1991, and as far as I have been able to research, the only one ever done with an automatic transmission.

Someone with integrity, a sense of right and wrong, and willing to stand by his principles...willing to do what's right, even if it isn't the easiest road at first.

Yea, I never wanted kids either. Thankfully, Chris was snipped a LONG time ago!!! NG is still iffy. Depends on 3SX. I want to, but we have to wait and see. I hope we make it!!
