Interests
General
I have many interests... Way too many interests... Like sadly enough I would be interested in finding out how the population of "Lunar Moths" are doing in my area... And no, just being told that it is fine is not enough. I would want numbers. But at the same time I am equally interested and learing what it is to write the perfect song, or poem. I want to know what love is, and I want to find it when I am still young. And I will show it off like I brought it for show and tell. And I will be interested in why on lookers shaking, at a action they likely did in there youth. My interests are as wide and varied there are stars iin the sky. And they change as frequently as meteors fall to earth.Music
Music. Music is about the only thing in this place that makes any sense. I love all music... It is all beautiful for different reasons... I love the rythm of R&B... So much soul, so much love. Old skool rap is tha bomb. There aint much music ever made that can top Tupac. Heavy Metal takes my fancy when I am angry, or need to hyped up. And early Alt Rock was a different tone growing up. Gotta love Reggae. LOL... Yes, and even prissy little pop bands have a place, though to be fair, I stopped listening to pop when boy bands went down the tube (what can I say those boy bands had some good love songs). Today however I mostly listen to Classic rock when I am with my boys. And you know the only thing on my radio at home is country... And before you ask me if I have heard this song by this artist... Remember this... If it aint country music, or it aint atleast 5 years old... odds are pretty good I have never heard of the artist or the song... lol :-p But I am always willing to give new music a chance to tell me anyways.Movies
This is hard, because I love all movies too. I love laughing at a great comedy, and flinching in a scary movie. More drama that highschool? I am there. High speed chases? Boom Booms? You know I want to see it. Ladies; I even love to sit through those so called "chick flicks". Is it some epic fantasy? Or is it some outer space sci-fi flick? Well you should damn well known better then to ask me if I want in. Those are my fav... Here's a couple flicks so you know what I like Lord of the Rings, Matrix, Blade, Harry Potter, What dreams may come, Bicentennial man, Robinhood (Prince of thieves and Men in tights) Braveheart, Ghandi, Across the Universe, Reign Over Me and the greatest movie ever.... Uh, mostly geeky shows, stuff on discovery, history, science channels and occasionally sci-fi channel or music documentaries. I also love the Fresh Prince, Futurama and Scrubs. I also watch the a national news channel a bit or the country music stations... lolBooks
Way too many to list... But any book that will push my thoughts to another place. It is remarkable about what you can learn about yourself or the world in general by reading something new. Some of the biggest "Eureka" moments of my life have come from reading a few paragraphs of fiction and realizing it has more real life value than first glance would give it...Heroes
The only real heroes are the ones in our hearts. To me, a hero should do something genuinely brave knowing they may not succeed. A hero risks everything to do the right thing. Often losing it all for nothing
