Steel Horse has been playing on Long Island and the New York area since the 90’s.
We have played all the major clubs from The Inn in Long Beach to the Cinnamon
Tree in Greenport. We are a Rock Band, and Play Rock Music. Primarily Classic Rock,
but we sometimes throw in a few current tunes if they are worthy. We rehearse at least
once a week, and keep things tight and professional. We play to have fun, but the music
is always serious! We have a our own sound system and are able to play most small
clubs, pubs, and bars with it. The larger venues and festivals we play need to have
a system that will work for that situation. We are also available to play private parties.
Contact Kim for more info on that. We play Led Zepellin, ACDC, Heart, Hendrix,
Janis, Pink Floyd, Marshall Tucker, The Beatles, Van Halen, The Doors,
Pat Benetar, Aerosmith to name a few. That should give you a good idea of
what we do. We have a mailing list, and send out announcements of every show
we play (Unless private party).
