Well, okay then! I'm an almost old S.O.B. who, way back in 03', had gastric (bariatric) bypass surgery that probably saved my life.
I am an AVID fisherman who keeps a Great Lakes Trout, Salmon, etc. rig docked in Grand Haven, Mi most of the season. At other times I try to get up to our place in Lake City, Mi. My wife Pat and I also like to camp and love the great outdoors; we don't get to do that as much these days becase of work commitments.
Even though that stint as a brain surgeon didn't quite work out, I can drive a semi tractor fairly well and sometimes do so from the Detroit area to just about anywhere. Except New York State. The cops in NYC just don't seem to have a sense of humor. Never ask anyone in the Bronx for directions; trust me!
My Daughter Heather and Son-in-law Dan have blessed me/us with four wonderful Grandchildren. Other than that we have two dogs and two cats who own us and let us share their house with them.
That's about it, so grab your fishing stuff and LET"S GO!
FISH ON!
This is where I work (I think):

This is where I play; at least when the water isn't frozen:

And I'm happy to report that the 'STEELIE ED' and her crew will once again plunder, loot, pillage, drink rum (and other libations) and chase the Wenches (sp?) around and about Grand Haven, Michigan once again in 2008. And if all that doesn't work out we'll go fishing. At my age I wouldn't know what to do with a wench even if I could catch one. Does anyone know if there's a limit catch on Wenches? Thank God there's no limit on Rum; Arrrrrr!

Okay, that's enough about me, now tell me about you!
