About the music you are hearing: Impest is signed to Steel Records as of 2008. We hope to finish their first EP by the end of this year. When released. it will be available on iTunes, AmazonMP3, and Rhapsody, as well as other major distributors. The song "leap" is by a new group called Project Self who is currently looking for a singer. For an audition, please contact Alex at Steel Records, who is producing this CD - you can set up an audition through him. Anything titled "beat for sale" is a beat produced at Steel Records, and the material is for sale (we fully relinquish all rights to the music when you purchase it!) Then, you can record over it at our studio, or you can take it and do anything you want with it! Anything that says "unsigned" means the group recorded at Steel Records' studios but is not necessarily affiliated with Steel Records in any other way. Also, Steel Records just signed a new artist! Kellie Lee, an amazing artist from Orange County, signed to steel records as of June 1st, 2008. We are excited to have her with us, and we are scheduled to start recording right away!
