Less dance classics. Completely missing what's hot on djhistory.com. I'm ignorant towards Cosmic, Balearic, Italo and all that sort of vibe. But deeply lost in anything pretentious from the last 4 decades. M.D. 1969-1975, Lifetime, McLaughlin, the Downtown scene 1979-present (Zorn, Frith, Laswell), Steve Coleman, Anthony Braxton, drum'n'bass 1995-1999, anything between 1981 - 1985 that has an Oberheim DMX in it, Mr.Bungle, Jeff Mills Axis 1-15, Plastikman's Sheet One and Consumed, Cristian Vogel, Philip Koutev. Tzadik, Celluloid, IAI.

About: SG - Berlin native, occasional resident of Sofia and inhabitant of hotel rooms across the globe. Record label executive. DJ in nice places. Producer of major records in marginal genres. Ex-editor of an obscure radio program. Owner of an 1998-style studio. Generates cultural wealth for those who listen. Doesn't download music from the net. Collector of obscure knowledge. Dog skeptic. Penne arrabiata specialist. Tends to be stuck in long term relationships. Honorary citizen of Simitli. Drives cars he doesn't own. Gives away drink tickets to strangers in clubs.

Would like to meet: Arty people in general and folks who are into Heiner Mueller, John Zorn and Anselm Kiefer in particular.

On promo: Please DON'T try to send me promos. There's not a lot of point putting me on a digital list as I play pretty much only vinyl. I do well enough as a DJ to be happy to support great musicians and great labels by buying the records in the store. Somebody has to! Thanks.
