About me: I don't really use Myspace anymore.
Find me on Facebook!
My name is Stefan Gilborson. I am currently 20 years of age. I've been making music in some form or other for a few years.
I've been in various bands, some were good and well... some were not...
I play the drums, guitar, synth and do some programming.
I don't class myself as a talented individual, I just trying to make music I like...
I make my own music under the alias of Mr Hexagon. Kinda shoegaze/dream-pop/electronica stuff.

I love discovering new acts and going to gigs. If you see me at a gig dancing crazily at the front come and say hi. I adore music and if you love music too I'm sure we'll get on!
I have a job.
It's at Julian Graves (for those who don't know it's a "niche snack retailer," well that's what I was told...)
I go to uni at Trinity College in Carmarthen.
I don't really work hard enough.
I like films, especially The Fountain. It's one of my faves.
I like going out and dacing (preferably with glow sticks, because I am that cool)
I like JD and coke probably more than I should.
I don't really class myself as particularly interesting individual... You might though...
It's all subjective I suppose.
Stef.
Who I'd like to meet: People who like music and who I can have a good chat with.
Thank you for the support. It means a great deal - the past few months have been amazing. Great reviews, great shows up and down the country, airplay and interviews with Kerrang! Radio & Total Rock Radio, even a show at Alexandra Palace for Freestyle Festival has been confirmed.
Alexandra Palace will bring an end to our first major UK Tour. The tour leads up to the official release of our first EP proper, 'Guerilla'. This will be available everywhere on November 2nd.
If you're not too familiar with us yet, there are some reviews below and you can pick up some free downloads from our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/NIXA/8798900727).
Here are the dates (more to be confirmed).
See you out there x
"NIXA possess a quality that sets them apart from other front runners on the alt/rock scene with perfect dynamics and incredible song craft. They bounce between gentle and aggressive in a single beat, tied with soaring harmonies and mesmerising stage presence. This band will find themselves being listened to by a wide audience, no doubts in both the alternative and commercial rock scenes" TOTAL ROCK
"...done very, very well. Deep, powerful voice, BIG music and just the feeling that something very professional is happening -I don't mean in a clinical way, just in that way that, when you find out they're unsigned, it's a bit of a shock!" XFM
"The absolute epiphany of my weekend was London based Nixa. Everytime I see this band, I fall in love a little bit more. Their performance was stunning and it was definitely the climax of the night as things petered off afterwards. Their Biffy Clyro-esque style, gorgeous vocal harm

Watch this. Oh, dunno if you've watched much AVGN, but if you have you'll know the theme tune and get the intro bit. Anyhoo, the main body of this is about Super Mario Bros 3. Which is one of the greatest games ever made. Obviously.
I had a very good day today, thanks! Must steal most of your films/music because you have good taste. Oh backing vocals aswell haha! "you harmonized with Jared Leto!" (: We love the Stef. Xx
New song up. Sadly, the MP3 I had to use was rubbish quality, but I'm thinking of changing the mix slightly anyway, panning some of the rhythm elements out to the right a little. Anyway, yeah, enjoy!
