The Runaway Kantele / En kantele på rymmarstråt / Kannel Karkuteillä - an old project that refuses to stop: Many years ago i wrote 20+ songs for the Finnish national instrument, the 5-stringed Kantele and together with some friends even recorded several of these. One's on the MySpace page. Musician credits under "lyrics" (!).

I've just sent you a Sunday Sundae for your Willy's Sweet Shop. Can you please send me one back? The more gifts we send the more money we can raise for St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Hey! I've listened to Aurinko many times, it's beautiful and melancholic, and hypnotising. Reminds me of Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells a bit and Hergest Ridge more. Feedback? - is it going to grow? I hope it'll get longer I kind of expect some kind of thing like in Hergest Ridge, some kind of transition thing and then a bit different theme, and then return to the original theme. But as it is, I just listened again and again because I couldn't get enough! - a really really nice hypnotic tune.
Stäni, thank you for your wonderfully encouraging words. It is really fantastic to hear this especially from a musician like you. I am just listening to your tracks here on MySpace, I'm going to let them play while I'm doing some important things (I have promised to bake a cake for a friend's party, and I hate baking, so I really need something nice to make up for it!!).
Wonder if some time in the future we could do something together some time, a jam session or even record a song or two? Would be really great. If you don't mind that I am so much less experienced, but I keep learning
Stani, You deserve your elevated status, bro! We talked Beatles together - little in this world is more sacred, true? (Also: I love your ecology-mindful nature!) Peace, D
Hey!! It's now here. I know it's possible to watch it somewhere on YLE's pages too but this is even in better quality. It took quite some time to set it up so that it works but now it's there!! I hope you'll like it. I think they did an amazing editing job.
I hope you're doing fine... I have been finishing my project plan for SellaBand for the last days. Hardly any time for music... feels unnatural!
