StellarDrive consists of Dylan McCarty, Robbie Fraser and Sean Patterson. Their music background spans from all different spectrum's of musical influences, which is what makes this band unique. As Dylan’s father, the Legendary Motor City Guitarist "Jimmy McCarty" who is known for his work with artists such as: Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels, Cactus, The Rockets, Bob Seger, and the late Great Jimi Hendrix, it’s no wonder music played a hand in his career. Dylan has played in a number of bands and has had the opportunity to tour and open up for national acts. He leads the way in his new band StellarDrive with high energy hard hitting groves and melodic harmonies. Guitarist Robbie and Sean are no strangers to tight guitar riffs and edgy melodic solos. Their band, Concrete Groove, was just one of the stepping stones to their ongoing careers. StellarDrive is comprised of life-long musicians whose dedication and strength in the music has put a stamp on Detroit rock. Their commitment to structure and detail coupled with wonderfully energetic live performances will make them a force to be reckoned with in the world of modern rock.
