I get inspired by just about everything. Except maybe anger. I really only produce music while I'm exceptionally happy... sort of an alarm bell of sonic coming, if you will. Yeah, that's it.
Transported yankee-turned-southerner turned back into yankee...that's me. Basically, this page wouldn't have any music at all if I was able to handle the northern winter of 2003-2004. After having lived in Louisiana for 13 years, that unbelievably frigid weather kept me in my New Jersey apartment recording songs. It was all I could do to stay sane! I hate these recordings, but it's all I got and people seem to like 'em, so here y'ar! I'm not shy. Don't we all hate our recordings after a couple of years? That's why we record, isn't it? If we didn't do it while we still LIKED the song, it would just dissappear forever...
I do have an assortment of live clips that I DON'T hate from old bands of mine. I'll be posting them from time to time, but I don't feel like loading any right now. i can't even begin to tell you how much i'm loving the sound on this song. not even kidding... i was on my way out the door and said to myself, "self, i want to hear that song agin." i'm listening to it like 3 times a day. i'm making my friends listen to it! :-) i think it's time for a new floyd to come out!!! like big time!! how's your week going?
AHHHH I just listened to woman and had to add it. I tell people about that song all of the time. I will be traveling up that way for Labor Day. I will be in NY. You know I am still waiting to hear Thought again! You know it's my favorite song. Miss you, and I hope you are awesome!
