Eighteen year old Stephanie DeWolfe was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has
also lived in Broken Arrow, Owasso, and Tahlequah.
She moved to Nashville in 2008 to concentrate on her song writing skills and be
a part of Music City's music scene! Already many doors have opened for this young starlit!
The beautiful and talented, Stephanie made her family aware of her stage presence
while singing at a talent show in the first grade. She began taking piano and voice lessons,
when her teachers noticed that Stephanie was learning to play by ear.
She amazes everyone with her unique, raw talent. Miss De Wolfe began writing songs at a
young age, entering music composition contests where she won local, regional,
and state competitions for composing.
She picked up the guitar at age 12 and has not put it down since. So far she's written over 70 songs!
Some of Stephanie's influences include Elvis, Jewel, Stevie Nicks, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash,
Emmy Lou Harris, and Dolly Parton. Stephanie has especially always admired song writers.
At age 9, Stephanie began recording in Tulsa, OK and Nashville, TN. Her recent performances
include the Oklahoma Opry, Annie's Country Jubilee in Kansas City, and the Blue Bird Café,
On The Rocks, Dave and Buster's in Nashville, The Nashville Palace and the Caney Fork Fish Camp.
Stephanie made a guest appearance at Country Fever in Pryor, OK, where she won a local
singing contest and was chosen to perform two of her original songs and on
the same stage as Reba, Miranda Lambert, Tracy Byrd, Trent Tomlinson, Thomas Martinez,
and many other artists. Just recently, Stephanie sang at a fund raiser for
Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee.
Besides accompanying herselfon the piano and guitar, Stephanie has also worked with
several bands including "Tulsa County Line", "Strings Attached", "Pay Dirt Band", and "Blue Sky Band"
Miss De Wolfe is a member of BMI and NSAI, and since moving to Nashville, she's been co-writing
with many accomplished song writers such as Larry Wayne Clark, Joe Sins, Karen Staley, DeAnna Walker,
James Breedwell, and Sarah Majors.

Poem 162 of 230, WalkaboutsVerse (please see my blog): TEES TO TYNE: FIRST IMPRESSIONS - SUMMER 2001
Where traditions are not so rare; Sea, country and works scent the air; A multitude of monuments, Planted tubs and patterned pavements.
The longish pedestrian malls; The remnants of defensive walls; Historic buildings are a gauge Of the respect for heritage.
Wheat, rape and pines in the fields; Estuaries guarded by shields; Long sandy beaches and wide scenes; Romantic-ruin go-betweens.
Rivers in parts licked by trees, Or fringed by boat clubs, wharfs, gantries, And crossed by practical delights - Varied spans, forming pleasing sights.
Fine churches headed at Durham; Football kits ad infinitum; Kept castles - one for study; Masonry behind masonry.
And, with moulding-works out that way, It’s somewhere for a longer stay..?
