I'm just a girl who is madly in love with Jesus Christ. I’m not perfect, I’ll never claim to be anything but one of the “foolish things of this world“. : ) God is amazing like that. He looks past our history, our flaws, every single scar, every single sin. The rest of the world might look at you and say, “What on earth is that mess?”, while God smiles and exclaims, “That’s my child. He/she is perfect!”.
I grew up in a Christian family and practically lived in church, but I never really made a personal commitment to Christ until I entered my teens. It was then that the biggest battle of my life began. I am shocked that I am still alive, since there are so many reasons why I shouldn’t be. In fact, I’m still hanging on for my life. But with God I WILL have the victory. This is why I sing, this is why I write songs, this is why I am still breathing. God has given me a heart for youth and a desire to get them fired-up, radical, and passionate about living for Him. I want to see lives changed. That is what keeps me going. I want to use the things that have happened in my life, things that were meant to destroy me, to snatch every single person I can from the fires of hell. That is my biggest passion. I want people to see how real God is! I want people to feel His unconditional love!
