I enjoy Vacuuming. Dressing up like a bandit (and using the word "bandit" in general). Eating peanut butter from the jar. Cleaning the lint trap before using the dryer. The smell of library books. Earl grey tea. TBS movie classics. Putting things off until later. Comment cards. Weddings. Wrapping presents. France. My jean jacket. Felt tip pens and markers. Coloring books. Musicals. Depositing checks in my bank account. Rearranging furniture. and Telling stories.
I also enjoy feminist activism and working to get the Morning-After Pill over-the-counter, for more info visit www.mapconspiracy.org
I do NOT like: commericals where viruses, fungus or mucus have faces and wear clothes. Restaurants whose employees are obligated to shout at me when I open the door.
People who don’t use their turn signal. My period. Having conversations while waiting in line. Hanging up without saying “bye”. People who list far too many things in these categories.

About me:
I'm a humor writer and feminist activist in Gainesville, FL. Most of my day is spent figuring out the best way to make fun of stuff, or else cleaning up the spaghetti sauce I spilled on my shirt. I'm on myspace because my brother and sister pressured me into it (I don't have a very strong will against peer pressure--despite the fact that in 6th grade I won the D.A.R.E. essay contest)
Thanks for joining our Myspace, but be sure to check out our website at www.HailMaryPublishing.com
for this weeks Homework assignment, and your chance to become a
Featured Artist, or participate in the revolutionary new program
entitled Fabric Fiction. Thanks once again, and happy writing.
"Later that night the old man gave me one of the worst beatings I do recall. And not with his gravelly bare knuckles, neither. Were talkin' with his uber-belt---a two-foot long, inch-thick-wide, leather razor strap that barbers sharpen their tools on. And when he would strike me with it, he would do so with all of his barberly might. I'm not talking about gingerly little bitch slaps here, but full-throttle, blunt-force-trauma ass whippings. He fought like he thought that I fought like a man, too! And when the gloves came off & the fury settled like dust, my entire four-foot posterior felt like it'd been doused with gasoline and set afire. I could feel the unstoppable heat surge up my spine until it reached my hair. I would start to smell the awful smell of my own hair burning atop my melting skull. The old man's unforgiving inferno seared through my fledgling body many times when I was little---purifying my flesh as it did---while I helplessly dangled there by one tiny, twisted arm that I wished would just come out of its socket like a rocket...leaving the earth behind."
