Stephan Michael of the "Stephan Michael Band" is a Singer, songwriter, guitarist that has spent his life searching for the truth in life. Stephan has tried to make sense of this life and his place in it, and every song he writes is a reflection of his life and people he has met along the way. Stephan was formerly signed to Gizmo Records from 1995-2005 and when they went out of business he decided to wait out his contract and release the material on his label breathing life back into the haunting and telling tracks that are the signature that people know him by.As an artist Stephan believes that an artist has a responsibility to be truthful to his beliefs and be truthful in their songwriting, and Stephan believes that honesty and truthfulness is the most important value that people need to show more of. As an artist Stephan is looking to build a hard core fanbase, and he has not formed a live band so that he can concentrate his efforts on promotion and marketing to radio stations and media. The goal is to expand his listening audience and help him to develop a base of support that will stick by him thru good times and bad. Join Stephan as he searches for the truth and join him in his journey as he fights to makes sense of this life and his place in it. Stephan is currently writing and recording new tracks and hopes to release new singles sometime in late 2009, and hopefully do some touring to support the material all based on the response he receives. All of us can relate to the difficulty in life and Stephan's haunting and telling songs make us look at life and the place we have in it.
