    Hey I want to take a moment and introduce myself, I am Stephen Michael Gibb a project that was formerly marketed as Stephen Michael Gibb. I was formerly signed to Gizmo Records from 1995-2005 and when they went out of business I decided to wait out my contract and release the material on my label giving new life to the haunting and telling tracks that people have come to expect from me. I am an artist that writes songs that make people think about themselves and their lives, and write about experiences because I have been there too. My songwriting is a reflection of a lifetime spent searching for the reasons to the madness that we call life, and trying to find answers.I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with other great musicians that can compliment my singing, songwriting, and guitar work, it makes this so rewarding and worthwhile. I have chosen not to form a live band so that I can concentrate my efforts on promotion and marketing to radio stations and media thru Lunarcane Records that will allow me to broaden my listening audience. I am not alone in my search and I want people to join me in my journey as I find who I am and the purpose that we all have in this life. Every song I have written is a reflection of a person I met, or a conversation that I had, or an experience that left me with more question than answers. I am currently writing for new releases and hope to have a couple of brand new singles ready for release by the beginning of 2011. These songs are a reflection of some of the most difficult times in my life ,they tell a story that anybody can relate to because you have been there to. I am passionate and believe that if we are to do good things in life, we must take a chance and take that leap of faith.I am looking for people that want to join me as I discover life in all it's glory and sorrow, seeking truth no matter where it leads.     I listen to all kinds of music, including David Gray, The Police, Sting, Alice in Chains, Jerry Cantrell, and much more. I try to grow and better myself as a musician as I write new material, and every song is based on an experience I have had or a person that I have met along the way. Life is what we make it,and I find great inspiration and comfort in being truthfull in who I am and what I believe. I have always told people that if they want to get to know me than listen to the lyrics and hear the message, every song tells a chapter and a story.
