About me: Hi...I'm a mom of three beautiful children. I have an 18 year old. He is smart, kind, honest, and giving. I remember when he was a baby..wondering and worrying who he would be when he grew up...he has grown to be an outstanding young man...even better then I had hoped for.He graduated this year and is currently a freshman in college...how can that be...I just dropped him off at kindergarten...:)
My 15 year old has turned out to be one of the most beautiful challenges in my life.He is Autistic. His smile as well as his silent tears can make you melt.Because of him I pray a little longer, laugh a little harder, and dream a little bigger.
And then there's my baby girl...12..not a baby any more..as she often reminds me! I frequently tell her that it took me having 2 rotten boys to get the baby girl I longed for.lol
My dream of fluffy dresses, curly hair and tea parties slowly turned into a nightmare when her father introduced her to,CAMO,ball caps and extreme sports.....lol!
However, she does love shopping, especially when we are buying for her...and she loves to help care for her brother,Jacob. She has brought much joy into my life...One day, when I grow up....I wanna be just like her. :)
Oh Yeah lol...I met and married the man that helped create, our three precious gifts. We met & became friends when he was 13, I was 15...started dating when he graduated high school. We dated that summer and the first two years of college...then tied the knot, and believe it or not, after all these years he still manages to take my breath away...;)
I tend to speak my mind,I have been known to be sarcastic, although I can't imagine WHY...lol... I love the Lord and do my best to love all his kids..however I am human and some days, I will admit, my fruit is a bit withered.....:)
yeah, one of my friends went on and on about that book. I just wasn't sure about the Aunt Jemima (aka God) thing! But I may have to check it out one of these days.
ok..so you are really decorating your Christmas tree? That's impressive. I haven't even thought about Christmas yet!

My daughter and I just spent 30 minutes looking at your Africa pictures. Wow...I teared up several times. I know you will never forget those times spent with those beautiful people. I know you are having fun this weekend with the college kids. I can't believe that used to be us about 20 something years ago. I have some great pictures of us. I will scan them and post them on face book soon. Thank you so much for sharing your pictures...and God Bless you and your family. Cindy
We had a wonderful time. We fell in love with those girls. They were precious. They just now left. They didn't want to go. I am glad yall had a good day with Josh. Mom let me read the letter he sent. He is an amazing young man, and I know that the Lord is going to do marvelous things through him. You are blessed with 3 adorable kids! I am still praying. I love you!!!
