You'll never believe this,but I really was only allowed to listen to Gospel and Country growing up. I did learn how to sing harmony because of this which has served me well. I've been trying to catch up for the past 20 years but I keep getting side tracked by great new artists. I currently listen to all types of music..as long as there is a message, I'm all for it.
I've been with Halcyon for 16 years now..man do I feel old.. one day I decided to move to Nashville..I feel like that's when I really committed to music. I have gained tremendous knowledge and growth since making that commitment. I was on the road last year with an up and coming Country artist, (Glenn Cummings) that was a completely new experience. One big Country Hunk and his lesbian back up singer! We had a blast and are great friends. I started working with the fabulous Jen Foster about 7 months ago,and this has become my primary project. We have already done so much in such a short amount of time,and I am looking forward to this year with her. I have just started the pre production stages on my OWN record!! I am working with the creative brainiac,Mr. Jack Shawde as much as possible so that we can get you some new music!!! When I have down time which is hardly ever, I like to see what my good friend Kristy Lee is up to,and I hook up with her for some friggin righteous shows!! I wish I had more time for that..she is a tremendous talent. This is going to be a great year,I can feel it... xo

Hey momma, Sorry I didn't make it to Skippers last weekend like I said. I had the opportunity to go boating up in ocala so I "had" to go. I will come for the one on July 18th for sure!!!
