As a guitarist on the London scene, Stephen has made a name for himself as a player of great invention and stageful quality. He has toured the world extensively with Lou Rhodes (ex Lamb) and with 'Passenger'. Always productive in the studio and more than capable of turning a few touring nights into late night sessions.
Since moving to London, from Ireland, making his album has proven to be a troubled existence. Always fleeting between the folk style, heavy metal influenced looping sound, he has never captured the elusive Stephen. Now it is time to get the voice and guitar down. and to rely upon the strength and darkness of the core of his music. It has never been easy to get that sound. One will always sacrifice quality of sound for performance in music, but the heart is happiest with the beat it feels. So keep an ear out for this rawness unfolding.
