About Stephen Palmer

Stephen Palmer is the man behind British psychedelicists Mooch, and also the ethnic/trance project Blue Lily Commission. In 2008 AmbientLive Records released under his own name a pair of Berlin School inspired projects, the first called "Berlin Via Istanbul":
